These terms govern your use of QuickConvertPDF and its file-processing tools. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You must not interfere with the site, bypass restrictions, upload malicious material, or process content that you do not have permission to use.

2. Your files

You retain your rights in files you upload. You authorize QuickConvertPDF to process them only as needed to provide the requested task, operate securely, and meet legal obligations. Conversion files are deleted when processing completes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Availability and results

The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. Conversions can alter layout, fonts, image quality, metadata, or other file characteristics. You are responsible for checking output files and retaining your originals.

4. Intellectual property

The site interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its branding to you.

5. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. QuickConvertPDF is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unchecked output or by failing to keep an original copy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update the service or these terms. A revised version takes effect when published with a new “Last updated” date.
